Perfect Pancakes

Egg sales hit new heights at this time of the year as British families go potty for pancakes.  Shrove Tuesday, or Pancake Day, traditionally sees the biggest individual sales period of the year, so make sure you join in and polish off some pancakes courtesy of British Lion eggs.
