Eggs Factor Winner

It’s official! Vicky Nowak from Merseyside has the ‘Eggs Factor’.  

In front of a panel of eggsperts, including celebrity chef Paul Merrett, Vicky served up a sumptuous Smoked Salmon Carbonarish, before making the perfect omelette to be crowned the 2008 Eggs Factor winner.

As well as being crowned champion, Vicky received a cheque for £5,000 from Paul Merrett at the National Cook-off in London on 6 October.

The runner-up in the competition organised by British Lion eggs was Gary Parsons from Wallington in Surrey who received a cheque for £1,000
