Bacon and egg pitta

Ingredients

Preparation time: 5 mins, cooking time: 5 mins, serves: 10.

Cut the pittas width ways to make twice the number of portions to make this delicious recipe go even further.

Method

    1. Warm the pitta pockets, then cut in half widthways.
    2. Open the pitta pouches up and spread the inside with 15ml/1 tbsp mayonnaise in each.
    3. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and use to fill the pouches. Serve within 1 hour.
