Scrambled egg pizza
Ingredients
- 15cm (6”) piece of French bread
- 2 tbsp tomato chutney
- 2 medium British Lion eggs, scrambled
- 50g (2oz) cheese, grated
Preparation time: 5 mins.
Cooking time: 5 mins.
Serves: 1.
Scrambled egg pizza
Method
- Cut bread in two
- Spread each piece of bread with tomato chutney.
- Spoon scrambled eggs along the length of each piece of bread.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place under grill until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Alternatively, top each pizza with a bacon rasher instead of cheese.
