Dippy egg with cucumber sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 British Lion egg
  • 1/4 cucumber

Method

  1. Peel the cucumber and quarter lengthways. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pan of water to the boil and lower in the egg. Simmer for 6 minutes then drain, rinse under cold water and leave to cool a little.
  3. Place the egg in an egg cup and remove the top of the egg before dunking the cucumber sticks and spooning out the egg. Alternatively, peel the egg and chop into a bowl.
