Tom Daley’s Boiled Egg and Avocado Soldiers

Suitable for babies from 6 months onwards.
- 1 large British Lion egg
- A quarter of an avocado
- 1 slice of white bread
1. Boil the British Lion egg for 6 minutes. Cool under cold running water and peel off the shell. Cut in half and set aside.
2. Toast the bread and cut off the crusts.
3. Mash the avocado until it is very smooth and spread onto the toast. Slice into fingers and serve with the egg halves so your baby can feed themselves.
