Scrambled egg and smoked salmon bagel

Scrambled eggs and salmon go together perfectly and make for an indulgent, satisfying combination that’s easy to put together and makes for a fantastic brunch or lunch. All you need to do is whip up a creamy scramble using British Lion Eggs, milk and butter before topping onto a bagel with slices of delicious smoked salmon. Serve up and enjoy!

2 British Lion eggs
4 tbsp milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Knob of butter
4 slices smoked salmon
1 bagel


1. Toast the bagel under the grill or in a toaster. Beat the eggs and milk together with seasoning.
2. Melt the butter in a medium pan, add the egg mixture and cook, stirring, over a low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the eggs are scrambled to your liking.
3. To serve, top the bagel with the smoked salmon and add the scrambled eggs. Serve straight away.
